Description
Responsibilities:
•Take food and beverage orders from guests.
•Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
•Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
•Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with guests regularly.
•Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
•Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
•Process guest payments accurately.
Experience:
•Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Attention to detail and ability to multitask
•Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
•Food handler's certification a plus
