Responsibilities:

•Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
•Seat guests and assist with any special requests or accommodations
•Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
•Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
•Assist with other duties as needed to support the overall operation of the establishment

Qualifications:

•Excellent communication and customer service skills
•Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
•High school diploma or equivalent
