We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team at Laverve.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
Maintain inventory levels and inform management of stock shortages.
Handle cash and process payments accurately.
Follow all safety and health regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule with availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, team-oriented attitude.
