Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and VAT filing.
Manage accounts receivable/payable and maintain financial records.
Assist in import documentation, LMRA, Tamkeen, GOSI, and other government-related work.
Maintain office administration tasks, including correspondence and filing.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients for payments and financial matters.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting.
Support general office operations, including HR and payroll tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Minimum 1 + years of experience in accounting and administration.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Knowledge of VAT, import/export documentation, and financial regulations in Bahrain.
Strong communication skills in English,Hindi
Experience in the wholesale, distribution, or retail industry is an advantage.
