We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting data, and preparing accurate survey reports and maps.

You will work on a variety of projects, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct field surveys using advanced surveying equipment (e.g., GPS, total stations, levels).
-Collect and analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, elevations, and other relevant information.
-Prepare accurate survey reports, plats, and legal descriptions.
-Perform construction staking and layout for various projects.
-Research and interpret land records, deeds, and other legal documents.
-Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project accuracy.
-Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment.
-Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
-Manage project timelines and deliverables.
-Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in surveying equipment and software.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Knowledge of legal land descriptions and regulations.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Essentially, Land Surveyors provide crucial data that forms the foundation for various land-related projects, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
Driving license is a must.
