Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, coordinating communication between departments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
This role is essential in facilitating effective communication between customers and the company to resolve issues and enhance overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Oversee customer service policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
• Train and mentor customer service representatives to provide exceptional support and service.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to customer service processes and standards.
• Report on customer service performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Assist in the resolution of escalated issues and follow up to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service or coordination roles, ideally within Logistics.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in customer service software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude with a passion for helping others and enhancing customer experiences.
