Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, handling communication with clients, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative assistance
2. Manage and maintain office equipment and supplies
3. Handle communication, including emails and calls
4. Assist in client service and support
5. Perform general office administration duties
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in office administration or administrative assistance
2. Proficiency in handling office equipment
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities
5. Attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
