Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress.
You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat customers with a friendly attitude.
• Take food and drink orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area.
• Handle cash and process payments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in a similar role is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays if necessary.
