Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain Waiter to lead our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional guest service at our cafe and restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, hands-on experience in the Gulf region, and fluency in Arabic to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitstaff to ensure smooth operations.
Greet guests warmly and ensure a high standard of customer service at all times.
Take orders accurately and recommend menu items based on guest preferences.
Ensure timely service of food and beverages.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor new team members to uphold service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service flow.
Monitor inventory and report shortages of supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the Gulf region.
Proven experience in a similar role within cafes or restaurants.
Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and professional grooming.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Hospitality or F&B service
