Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle administrative and clerical tasks efficiently
• Manage calls, emails, and communication channels
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
• Prepare reports, letters, and other official documents
• Maintain organized filing and record systems
• Take meeting minutes and distribute as needed
• Assisting HR and management in day-to-day tasks
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a secretary or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Transferable Iqama preferred
• Detail-oriented and reliable
