Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals. The role involves managing employee relations, recruitment, compliance with Saudi labor laws, and supporting construction project sites with HR-related needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and employee services.
Ensure HR policies are compliant with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and Saudization requirements.
Coordinate with project managers and site teams to address manpower planning and HR support at construction sites.
Lead recruitment drives for skilled and unskilled labor, in coordination with recruitment agencies (local and overseas).
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Monitor and track employee performance evaluations and probation reviews.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of HR documents, contracts, and personnel files.
Support HR digitalization and reporting through HRMS systems.
Provide guidance and training to junior HR staff and site HR coordinators.
Liaise with government offices (Ministry of Labor, Jawazat, Qiwa, Muqeem) for visa, Iqama, and other regulatory processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or contracting sector.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization, and HR compliance.
Familiarity with GOSI, MOL, Muqeem, and Qiwa systems.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic is a strong advantage.
Experience working with HRMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Ability to travel to remote construction sites when required.
Preferred:
Certification in HR (CIPD, SHRM).
Experience in handling large workforce (500+ employees).
Understanding of construction labor market and workforce dynamics.
