Description

Responsibilities:

Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare accurate accounting reports and present financial results.

Analyze financial data and summarize financial status.

Identify errors and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost control.

Assist in preparing financial statements and budgets as per schedule.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Assist with audits and prepare necessary documentation.

Maintain and update accounting records in Tally software.

Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.

Admin Responsibilities:

Handle general office duties including answering phones, emails, and handling correspondence.

Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.

Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for staff and management.

Assist in maintaining employee records and manage HR-related administrative tasks.

Prepare and file documents, maintain organized filing systems, and ensure easy retrieval of documents.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for office-related purchases and services.

Assist in organizing events, promotions, or other retail-related activities.

Support the retail store with daily administrative tasks, including stock management and reporting.

Ensure smooth communication between the retail store and the corporate office.

Maintain office cleanliness and assist with the general upkeep of the workspace.

This role combines both accounting and administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the company's operations.
