We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Associates to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide product or service information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a friendly phone manner, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
