Description
We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Bahraini Receptionist / Front Office Associate to join our hotel team in Bahrain.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and will ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process, assist with guest inquiries, and provide a warm and professional service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
Handle the check-in and check-out process efficiently using the hotel’s property management system (PMS).
Respond to guest queries and provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
Manage phone calls, emails, and reservations professionally.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of information.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Uphold the hotel’s brand standards and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bahraini national (as per localization requirements).
High school diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is an advantage.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with front office software (Opera, Fidelio, or similar) is a plus.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
