Description
A renowned well established construction company, urgently required Male/Female HR Manager in Jeddah.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in HR, preferably in construction/manufacturing.
Languages: Arabic + English 100% required.
Skills: Strong communication, labor law knowledge, leadership.
Mindset: Proactive, empathetic, and passionate about empowering teams.
Saudi/Pakistani/Indian/Jordanian preferable but Arabic must be 100%.
Age 25-50 years.
Your Role:
Recruitment & Talent Management – Hire top talent for corporate and site teams.
Employee Relations – Foster a positive workplace, resolve concerns, and ensure compliance.
Training & Development – Implement programs to upskill teams (safety, leadership, etc.).
HR Policies & Compliance – Oversee Govt labor laws, payroll coordination, and company policies.
Diversity & Inclusion – Promote gender diversity in the construction sector.
