Store Keeper Job Roles & Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Receive, store, and issue goods and supplies.
Maintain accurate stock levels using inventory management systems or registers.
Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or damages.
Stock Records & Documentation
Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing stock (GRN, BIN cards, ledgers).
Update inventory logs, databases, or spreadsheets.
Ensure all documentation is complete and filed correctly.
Goods Receiving & Inspection
Check received goods against purchase orders or invoices.
