About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager & Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies and paid digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media content plans across all major platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan and execute paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor, track, and report performance analytics (KPIs, ROI, engagement rates)
- Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and manage community feedback
- Conduct competitor analysis and audience research
- Prepare monthly campaign reports and performance summaries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Digital Marketer (2+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Creative mindset with strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic (preferred)
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools is a plus
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
