We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters / Waitresses to join our hospitality team in Dubai.

The ideal candidates will deliver excellent customer service, ensure a pleasant dining experience, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and present menus.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain a clean dining area.
Process payments and issue receipts using POS systems.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or café is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Neat appearance and positive attitude.
Basic English skills required; additional languages are a plus.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
