Description

Deliver F&B customer service to the highest possible standard and perform duties associated with the operation of ticketing help desk.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ F&B customer service experience, cash handling experience, in a hotel or ticketing field.
• To deliver professional telephone skills and administer efficient ticketing systems.
• To maintain attendance and complete required reports.
• To take admission fees, register participants, sell passes and make other financial transactions, including nightly cash outs and deposits when required.
• To perform general clerical tasks.
• Answer phones provide information and answer a variety of questions for guests.
• To advise and assist guests with sales and bookings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to handle a variety of tasks.
• Ability to work with the public and possess excellent public relation skills.
• Added value: Certification in Advanced First Aid, CPR for the Professional and Lifeguard training or equivalent.
