A well reputed Hotel group in Bahrain urgently looking for an experienced chef who knows South Indian foods.
South Indian Chef who specializes in preparing traditional South Indian dishes with authentic flavors, textures, and presentation. The chef ensures quality, consistency, and creativity to the specific tastes.
He should oversee kitchen operations, including food inventory, procurement of fresh ingredients, and maintaining stock level.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Must work night shifts.
Proven experience as a South Indian Chef.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Experience in managing large scale kitchen operations.
