The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cost tracking, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely completion of operational tasks to support our food supply chain efficiently.

Track and monitor operational costs accurately and consistently.

Prepare detailed and competitive quotations for clients and internal purposes.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other departments to gather necessary information.

Ensure all quotations and cost reports are completed within specified deadlines.

Assist in budgeting and financial analysis related to operations.

Maintain organized records of all quotations, cost sheets, and related documents.

Support the operations team in daily activities and process improvements

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Team player with proactive problem-solving skills.
