Client Acquisition & Development
Identify and engage potential clients in Saudi Arabia for manpower supply, international hiring, and equipment rentals.
Build long-term client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
Promote manpower rentals and heavy equipment rentals (e.g., cranes, forklifts, generators, etc.).
KSA Local Recruitment (Sponsor Transfer)
Source and manage candidates available for immediate transfer via Qiwa.
Coordinate sponsor change, documentation, and onboarding in compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
Maintain a pool of transferable Iqama candidates across various sectors (construction, logistics, hospitality, etc.).
International Recruitment
Collaborate with recruitment agencies in Asia and other regions.
Ensure timely delivery of qualified manpower for all levels—skilled, unskilled, and technical roles.
Operational & Coordination Tasks
Follow up with clients and internal teams for smooth execution of hiring and rental services.
Manage recruitment documentation, contracts, and CRM records.
Stay informed about market trends, labor regulations, and client project pipelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development and full cycle recruitment.
Knowledge of Qiwa transfer procedures, KSA labor laws, and local hiring compliance.
Understanding of manpower and heavy equipment rental operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Arabic language skills are an added advantage
