We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of a significant government project in Jubail. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a vital national initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and train a team of housekeeping attendants to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all designated areas
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet established quality and safety standards.
Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and routines.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage.
Oversee the proper handling and maintenance of all cleaning equipment.
Address and resolve any guest or user complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on housekeeping activities, challenges, and achievements.
Foster a positive and productive work environment within the housekeeping team.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, security) to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Saudi National (Mandatory Requirement).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in large-scale facilities, hotels, compounds, or government projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and standard cleaning procedures.
Excellent communication (Arabic and English, both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership abilities with a capacity to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certification in hospitality/housekeeping is a plus.
