Description

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive for our Luggage division, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and driving sales of our luggage products across key markets.

You will work closely with our marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure that AWS Distribution continues to expand its footprint in the luggage and travel accessory sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets in the luggage category.
• Identify and engage potential clients, including retail chains, e-commerce platforms, and travel-related businesses.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and follow-up.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and competitor activities in the luggage industry.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates to senior management.
• Attend industry trade shows, events, and meetings to build network connections and represent the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in sales or business development, preferably within the luggage, retail, or wholesale distribution industry.
• Strong knowledge of the luggage market, travel accessories, and consumer trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales and business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
• Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
