Description

We are an Engineering Consulting firm based in Riyadh, KSA and we are seeking a polished, professional, and experienced Receptionist/Secretary with a beautiful personality (inside and out) to be the first point of contact for our company.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced engineering consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic company information.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring a tidy and professional appearance.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and documents with confidentiality.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for management.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
• Assist in travel arrangements and event coordination as needed.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or in a similar role.
• Professional appearance and a pleasant, engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Experience in an engineering or professional services firm is a plus.
