Sadaf Electric Industries Co. (SEICO) is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Engineer/Sales Assistant to join our sales team.

In this role, you will prepare quotations, manage client inquiries, documents & facilitate strong communication between our departments and clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Proficient in English (Speaking, Writing and Reading).
• Sales Support & Quoting
• Prepare technical & commercial quotations based on tender documents and BOQs.
• Work closely with the design and engineering team to finalize offers.
• Track quotation status and follow up with clients.
• Customer Management & Build long-term relationships (Incl. Traders & Contractors)
• Respond to inbound inquiries and maintain client communications.
• Record all client interactions in CRM records.
• Deep understanding of our products, applications & technical knowledge.
• Assist in selecting the right products & accessories for customer requirements.
• Clarify basic technical queries; escalate complex ones to the engineering team.
• Documentation needs to be done through customer portal.
• Assist in preparing compliance documents, datasheets, and product catalogs.
• Club with internal departments to ensure timely processing of sales orders.
• Prepare monthly sales performance and inquiry response reports.

Education:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree. Engineering Preferable

Experience:

• Freshers/1–3 years in a technical sales or engineering support role.
(Knowledge in lightning protection, grounding systems, electrical supplies is a great plus.)
Competent in MS Office, Adobe PDF
Must have Strong communication, negotiation & organizational skills.
Arabic knowledge is a advantage.
