Job Summary:

The Area Supervisor – Sales is responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations within a designated territory (Riyadh and Dammam).
This role includes supervising field sales staff, executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently achieved.

The Area Supervisor serves as the link between the field team and upper management, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in the Retail Industry and field supervision, preferably in [Perfumes, Oud & Bakhoor].
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory
Nationality: Preferably expatriates
