We're committed to operational excellence and are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage and maintain our IT systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network administration, system support, and user assistance in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks
Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups
Ensure data security, system updates, and firewall monitoring
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide technical support
Manage email systems, Office 365, cloud backups, and VPNs
Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and licensing records

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT administration
Served as IT support for a medium to large-sized organization in the food and beverage services, hospitality, or retail sector
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft 365
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and backup solutions
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft are a plus
