Sankyu Saudi Arabia announce that we are looking for a Static Technician- in Jubail

Requirements:

Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in static equipment maintenance in oil & gas, Chemical or petrochemical
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Transferable Iqama
Based in Jubail

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, inspection, and repair of static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, pipelines, boilers, and structural components.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure equipment reliability.
Perform thickness measurements, corrosion inspections, and integrity assessments.
Assist in overhauling and reconditioning static equipment, including gasket replacement, welding repairs, and flange management.
Work with various testing methods, such as hydrostatic testing, pneumatic testing, and leak detection.
Interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
Hand on experience on dropping relief valves , installation of valves and bolt torquing.
Document maintenance activities, findings, and recommendations for improvements.
