We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Baker to join our Client's team! This role plays a key part in supporting the Production Manager with daily operations, focusing primarily on donut production, pastry decoration, and other essential baking tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and mix dough, batters, and fillings according to recipes and production needs
• Decorate donuts and baked goods with precision and creativity to meet visual and quality standards
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to meet daily production goals and ensure product consistency
• Assist with inventory tracking, ordering, and restocking of ingredients and supplies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation following health and sanitation regulations
• Support the development of new products, decorating techniques, and process improvements
• Produce a variety of other bakery items, including croissants, muffins, sandwiches, and salads

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen (donut experience preferred)
Strong skills in decorating and finishing baked goods
Ability to follow recipes with accuracy and attention to detail
A portfolio of previous decorating or baking work is highly
