We're looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our dynamic team!
At one cup in cv, we pride ourselves on serving exceptional coffee and fostering a warm, inviting atmosphere for our customers. As a Barista, you'll be at the heart of this experience, crafting delicious beverages with precision and a friendly smile.
What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to our recipes and quality standards.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
Provide outstanding customer service, taking orders accurately, handling transactions, and engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, prep areas, and seating areas.
Educate customers on our coffee offerings, brewing methods, and retail products.
Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate with a strong passion for coffee.
Knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and various brewing techniques.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mentality.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the coffee industry.
