Description

Food City, a leading name in the food and catering industry, is looking for a dynamic and highly
organized CEO Secretary/Personal Assistant to support our executive office.

Key Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Excellent Communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proven experience in Administrative support, scheduling, documentation, and
correspondence. (Experience in a similar role is preferred)
Knowledge of Office procedures, Documentation formalities, and Administrative work
in Bahrain.
Strong time-management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and communications.
Handle confidential documents and correspondence.
Coordinate with departments and external stakeholders.
Assist in business follow-ups, office administration, and reporting.
