Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant experience in cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and project financial control for large-scale infrastructure works such as roads, bridges, drainage, utilities, and earthworks.

Minimum Relevant Experience of 10 Years is MANDATORY - (Gulf Experience is Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for civil infrastructure projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments related to project costs.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts.
Monitor project costs against budgets and prepare cost reports.
Manage and administer contracts including variations, claims, and payments.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure budgetary compliance.
Track project progress and measure actual quantities against planned quantities.
Prepare monthly valuation reports, interim payment applications, and final accounts.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements.
Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying with a focus on civil infrastructure.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and QS software.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with local construction laws, standards, and regulations.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
