Cousined – Content and Digital Media is on the lookout for a talented Filmmaker to join our creative team! If you're passionate about visual storytelling and love working across photography, videography, and editing, this is your chance to make an impact on real client projects.

You should be good at:
- Filmmaking & Visual Storytelling – Planning, directing, and capturing cinematic content that aligns with client goals.
- Photography – Shooting sharp, high-quality images with strong composition and lighting.
- Editing Mastery – Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Creative Direction – Translating briefs into visual ideas, contributing to mood boards and shot lists.
- Managing Shoots – Handling lighting, gear, location, and directing talent from start to finish.
- Asset Management – Organizing, backing up, and maintaining all project files.
- Social Media Awareness – Understanding content styles and pacing for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaboration & Feedback – Working well with teams, taking feedback, and improving fast.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a similar role

A strong portfolio (photo + video work)

Experience in creative/agency environments

A proactive attitude and passion for visual storytelling
