Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty and Service Supervisor to join our team at a leading automotive agency. The ideal candidate will oversee warranty claims, ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and support the service department to deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong background in automotive service operations and the ability to manage warranty processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all warranty-related operations, including claim submission, follow-up, and audit compliance.

Ensure all warranty repairs are performed in accordance with manufacturer standards.

Train and support service advisors and technicians on warranty procedures and documentation.

Liaise with manufacturers regarding claims, approvals, and technical bulletins.

Monitor and report warranty performance metrics and KPIs.

Handle customer inquiries related to warranty and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all warranty transactions.

Support the Service Manager in daily operations and team coordination.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).

Minimum 5 years of experience in an automotive service center.

Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, warranty guidelines, and service operations.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Valid Saudi Iqama (transferable).

Valid Saudi Driving License.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with dealership management systems is a plus.

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
