Description
We are looking for a Restaurant supervisor.
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
• Work closely with management to identify and resolve the issues
• Assist to hr regarding staff requisition
• Team leading and staff day off managing
• Prepare work schedule for staff
• Checking food quality and hygiene
• Adding new dishes to the menu
• Communicate with Arla HR and management regarding canteen service
• Solving staff problems
• Doing cross work
• Indoor Outdoor Buffet arrangements
• Training staff
• Checking restaurant hygiene
• Taking customer feedback and comments
• Team work with maintenance ,senior kitchen supervisor ,storekeeper ,accounts and HR
• Arranging manpower from outside and covering staff shortage
• Evaluate new staff performance and report to the management
• Provide training to newly joined staff regarding hygiene and restaurant rules and regulations
