Description

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator with experience in ERP systems and Microsoft applications to coordinate sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping
Manage customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records and databases using ERP systems
Utilize Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook) to manage sales data and reports
Collaborate with sales team to ensure timely and effective communication with customers
Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
