We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in cost estimation, contract administration, and project budgeting within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects
Monitor project costs and assist with value engineering
Manage contracts, procurement, and payment applications
Conduct site visits to assess work progress and validate contractor claims
Liaise with clients, engineers, and site teams for project coordination
Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and contract conditions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in a similar role within the construction sector
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal standards
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Primavera, etc.)
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
