Job Description
As a Sales Supervisor at Vavant, you will lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day sales operations, providing leadership and guidance to your team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Monitor sales performance and track metrics to ensure objectives are met.
Manage customer relationships and ensure high standards of service delivery.
Report on sales performance and provide feedback to upper management.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to drive results and meet sales targets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
Fluent in English and Arabic
