Description

A leading real estate company looking for a female Administrator role in sales and marketing of real estate sector Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about sales and marketing in real estate sector , a growing and dynamic real estate firm, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales and marketing teams in day-to-day operations

Coordinate and manage online property listings and marketing campaigns

Prepare sales materials, proposals, brochures, and presentations

Schedule and organize property viewings and client appointments

Maintain and update CRM systems and databases

Assist with social media content creation and digital marketing activities

Track and report on sales and marketing metrics

Liaise with clients, agents, and vendors in a professional manner

Requirements:

The applicant must be feamale, any nationality.

Previous experience in an administrative or marketing role (real estate preferred)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms

A proactive, customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
