We’re looking for a skilled Telephone Operator with experience in the Food & Beverage industry to handle guest inquiries, reservations and internal coordination with efficiency and warmth.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism
Provide information about our menu, promotions, and reservations
Assist with booking and scheduling
Ensure excellent customer experience at all times
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Telephone Operator in F&B/hospitality - MUST
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
