Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated north indian chef with 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen. The ideal candidate should be confident working independently, thrive under pressure and be capable of managing most kitchen tasks alone.

Key Responsiblities:

Prepare and cook a wide variety of authentic dishes including curries, tandoori items, breads, biryanis and snacks.
Manage kitchen operations and delegate tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Monitor inventory and coordinate timely ordering of supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per health regulations.
Coordinate effectively with service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Contribute idea for menu updates, specials and cost control.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in preparing north indian cuisine in a commercial kitchen.
Expertise in tandoor cooking, gravies, breads (naan, roti) and regional north indian dishes.
Ability to work independently and handle high pressure situations.
Good communications and team spirit.
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
