What You'll Do:
Prepare and serve a range of coffee and specialty drinks to a high standard
Create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest
Keep the workspace clean, stocked, and organized
Handle payments and operate the POS system
Support the team with general shop duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a barista or hospitality role (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
A passion for coffee and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn
