Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative focused on fiberglass projects. You will leverage your industry knowledge and relationships to drive sales of fiberglass products and solutions for construction, industrial, and specialty applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fiberglass panels, grating, reinforcement, and related products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fabricators, contractors, and end‑users.
• Present technical product information, prepared customized quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure product specifications meet client requirements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in fiberglass or composite materials.
• Strong technical understanding of fiberglass products and their applications.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to travel locally to customer sites and industry events.
