Key Responsibilities
Support HR Inquiries: Handle internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests, providing assistance and information as needed.
Maintain Employee Records: Keep both physical and digital employee records up to date, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Recruitment Assistance: Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. This may also include creating and publishing job ads on platforms like LinkedIn.
Coordinate HR Activities: Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, maintaining agendas and ensuring smooth operations.
Training Coordination: Organize training sessions and seminars, helping to facilitate employee development and compliance with training requirements.
Policy Management: Revise and suggest changes to company policies, ensuring they are up to date and compliant with legal standards.
Documentation Management: Prepare, update, and maintain complete documentation in a digital archive, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
