Key Responsibilities
Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Prepare reports, meeting notes, and basic documentation
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts
Maintain confidentiality and professional decorum at all times
Assist with both professional and personal tasks as required
Requirements
Indian candidate: Must be fluent in Hindi and English
Filipina candidate: Must have basic Arabic and good English communication
Previous experience as a secretary or executive assistant preferred
Presentable, organized, and proactive
Age limit: Maximum 35 years
Must be able to join immediately or within short notice
