Fluent in English and Arabic.
Job Responsibility:
Customer development and maintenance: responsible for expanding the market, developing new customers, and achieving performance targets; maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing pre-sales and after-sales tracking services.
Sales strategy and planning: Implement annual sales plans and tasks and achieve sales targets.
Establish customer relationship files and customer information database, collect industry market information, and tap potential customers.
After-sales service and exception handling.
Job Requirement:
Sales experience in related industries, familiar with Saudi e-commerce customers, and understand e-commerce platform rules.
Familiar with office software operations and warehousing business processes.
Have own car, Arab only (Saudi/Egypt/Yemen), English can be used as a working language.
