We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Executive with strong knowledge of core financial operations, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on experience in managing day-to-day finance activities, including Tally accounting, bank and payment reconciliations, advanced Excel reporting, and support in statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records in Tally.

Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.

Assist in preparing MIS reports, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.

Reconcile payments received against sales, coordinating with sales and operations teams.

Manage and track petty cash transactions with complete documentation.

Support vendor management, including invoice verifications, payment processing, and reconciliations.

Handle bookkeeping and ensure all financial documents are updated and audit-ready.

Assist in preparing and submitting reports related to statutory and country-specific compliance.

Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, etc.) for reporting and analysis.

Support the month-end and year-end closing processes in coordination with the finance team.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.

Proficient in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel (Advanced level).

Good understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.

Exposure to GCC/local country compliance preferred.

Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Good communication skills in English; Arabic would be an added advantage.
