Description
Assists in the daily operations of a kitchen, supporting chefs and other kitchen staff with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
Key Responsibility:
Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking, such as washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring.
Help with basic cooking tasks, such as boiling, frying, and baking.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Organizing and storing ingredients and supplies as they arrive.
Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils
Ensure that the dishwashing area is kept clean and organized
Support chefs and cooks during meal preparation and service
Follow instructions from kitchen staff
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
