Job Summary:
A reputable automotive group in Bahrain is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Brand Manager to lead the commercial operations and brand development for a portfolio of electric vehicle brands across mainstream, premium, and luxury segments. This high-impact leadership role includes overseeing sales, marketing, and full P&L responsibility, with a mission to drive market leadership in New Energy Vehicles (NEVs).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and implement growth strategies across multiple EV brand segments.
• Position the brands as segment leaders by leveraging cutting-edge technology and global innovation.
• Define annual targets, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Sales Management
• Lead the sales teams across retail, fleet, and corporate channels.
• Oversee showroom operations to ensure superior customer experience.
• Drive government and business partnerships to expand NEV adoption.
Marketing & Brand Development
• Craft tailored marketing plans for each brand category.
• Launch 360° campaigns across digital, media, influencer, and activation channels.
• Organize test drive events, product reveals, and roadshows.
Business Operations & P&L Ownership
• Manage full financial responsibility across all brand lines.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, pricing, and incentives.
• Monitor sales performance, market share, and return on investment.
Customer Experience
• Foster a customer-first mindset throughout sales and service touchpoints.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure aftersales excellence.
• Launch CRM initiatives and loyalty programs.
Market Intelligence & Product Strategy
• Analyze trends, customer behavior, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes.
• Recommend product mix and timing in coordination with global partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 8 years’ automotive industry experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of Electric and Hybrid Vehicles
Proven sales achievements and brand development success
Experience with premium or luxury automotive brands is a plus
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Fluency in Arabic and English preferred
